Three teams came away with victories at the Sea Legs Shuffle 10-mile road race on Sunday morning in Guilford; this was race #6 on the USATF-CT Road Racing Grand Prix circuit.
Despite very humid and uncomfortable conditions a great crowd came out with six different clubs posting results. SoundRunner was the big winner on the day, taking victories in both men’s and women’s open and masters divisions. Milford Road Runners took three victories with grandmasters men, grandmasters women, and senior women while Mohegan Striders claimed the men’s senior victory.
The individual race was won by SoundRunner’s Chris Rosenberg on the men’s side and Cheryl Anderson on the women’s side.
