COURSE: INDOOR 3000 METER (1.86 MILES). MEASURED COURSE, IS 5.02 LAPS OUT AND BACK THE LENGTH OF THE MALL WITHOUT SIDES. EACH LAP IS @ 600 METERS LONG. THE RACE BEGINS AT THE FLOOR TAPE OPPOSITE THE REGISTRATION AREA AND GOES COUNTER CLOCKWISE, 5 LAPS PLUS 20 METERS TO THE FINISH TAPE. 
RULES: THE CHIEF JUDGE WILL REVIEW USATF RW RULES AT THE START. JUDGES ON THE COURSE WILL ISSUE WARNINGS DURING THE RACE. THERE WILL BE NO DISQUALIFICATION (DQ) BOARD ON THE COURSE; DQ'S WILL BE ANNOUNCED PRIOR TO THE AWARD CEREMONY.

I am participating in this event as a free will and risk, and I further agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Westfield America Inc, the Connecticut Post Limited Partnership and any and all parent organizations, partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as their interests may appear, and their respective agents, employees, and contractors against any and all claims, loss, proceedings, damages, causes for action, demands, expenses, liability, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, and statutory liability under workers compensation laws, which arise from or in connection with, or are caused by the foregoing activity. This right is granted exclusively to me, to be effective only on, February 18, 2007, shall not be continued unless approved in writing by the Connecticut Post Mall Manager or Marketing Director and such right shall not be assignable. The obligation of indemnification contained herein above shall survive the expiration of the date that such right to engage in participation is granted.
