REGULAR WORKOUTS:
To learn more about racewalking or to participate in racewalking workouts, join the Connecticut Racewalkers every Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. on the Clinton track (cancelled only for ice or heavy rain). The workouts consist of a warm up, stretching, intervals (fast paced racewalking with rests between), a cool down, and then more stretching. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

I-95 N to exit 63, left off ramp, left at light 
1st right onto Glenwood Rd
*at the third stop sign turn left into Ethel Peters Recreational Park,
track is at the back.
