REGISTRATION: beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Activity Shed
COURSE WALKS: 9:00 a.m.
ENTRY FEE: $4.00, USATF Membership required (available at the Activity Shed)
AWARDS:  Medals given in each race to the top finishers qaccording to USATF guidelines. Top 25 individuals and top three teams from each race advance to the Regional Meet at Van Cortland Park, NYC, November 23, 2003.
COURSES: All three courses are run over the trails of the conservation center. The 3000m is new with a hill added and a few tree sqweeks. The 4000m and 5000m courses have a hill at the 1.5 mile mark with an elevation rise of 134'. Then it drops 134' in elevation! Leaves, roots, and possible puddles (or snow!) will be encountered. THIS IS NOT A SPEED COURSE, after all, place is what counts for advancement.
MISCELLANEOUS: Long-sleeve shirts will be sold in the Activity Shed as well as a limited Collectors Edition hat!

PARKING: All parking will be in the Sawmill Field. Follow signs & Marshall. No parking on roads or trails. No exceptions!
DIRECTIONS:  From the West: Route 202 through New Milford and Bantam. WMF entrance on right, 1 mile from Bantam Center. From the East: I84 to Waterbury, Route 8 North to Exit 42. Left onto Rt. 118 to Litchfield., Route 202 West through Litchfield. WMF entrance 2 miles from Center on Left. Follow signs to parking.  From the South:  Route 8 North to Exit 42. Follow East directions.
