USATF Cross Country
The USATF/CT is sponsoring a Cross Country team made up of unattached members and members from various clubs within the Connecticut Association.
We have twenty-five (25) positions currently available. If you would like to be considered for a spot to run for "Connecticut" at one of the grandest settings for Cross-Country in New England, Franklin Park, Sunday, November 9, 2014, please email the USATF/CT Cross-Country Chair, Will Graustein at wgraustein@snet.net as soon as possible. You do not have to belong to a club. You must be a current USATF/CT member. Various members from different clubs will be running along with unattached individuals for one team: "Connecticut". Your current eligibility within the USATF/CT will not be affected by participating in this unique Cross-Country event. There are three (3) races: Men's Master 8K (includes GM and Senior categories); Women's Open and Master 6K, and the Men's Open 10K. There are plenty of good cross-country runners in Connecticut for all the categories. Participating members may earn credit for their USATF/CT club's overall team standings in the 2014 USATF/CT XC Grand Prix which opens on Sunday, November 2, 2014!
Please let Will know if you are interested as soon as possible.
Thank you.
